     Melinda Hamilton will be making some remarks about the EQUAL RIGHTS AMENDMENT so that we can make our voices heard on the subject of the guarantee of equal rights for women in the Constitution of the United States. This is an issue that women have worked on for over 100 YEARS! We will have another program in February, probably to address the changes to our national government, presidential appointments and the influence of the new administration on the rights of women. We may be facing some profound changes and we can get a head start on these issues.  AAUW will be following closely as these anticipated changes are made.
